Note: 24 Hour Cancellation Policy Applies — If appointments are not cancelled 24 hours before the appointment time, or if you do not arrive, then full payment will be taken.

• If you are making a new appointment for a child under 4 years old, please book Child’s First Appointment.
• If you are making a new appointment for an adult or a child over 4 years old, please book First Appointment.
• For repeat appointments for babies, please book Child Follow Up (40 Minutes).
• For repeat appointments for adults, please book Standard Appointment.
