Kelly works with you to find focused movements that create the experience you want from your sessions. From sports-specific goals to everyday tasks — whether you want to improve rapid change of direction for tennis, support your running, or simply enjoy gardening with more ease.
Clients’ goals range from skill development for sports performance and daily tasks to moving with confidence and comfort. Kelly helps clients overcome hurdles after injury or chronic pain, and supports their journey toward becoming active for both physical and mental wellbeing.

Kelly is an active member of Kenilworth Runners and the current Women’s Captain. In this role she works to increase participation across the club — with a particular focus on women — in local road and cross country leagues, club training, and events. She aims to encourage and support all aspects of running, from those starting their journey with Couch to 5k to those embracing ultra running, from social runners to competitive athletes. Kelly brings her personal training principles into every part of the role.
